Welcome to Rehabilitation Services at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of each individual we work with by helping them return to the highest level of independence possible within their home, at their job and in the community.

 		  
 
 


Through a carefully designed continuum of care, we provide care appropriate for each individual, no matter where they enter the continuum. Some people enter Rehabilitation Services after an inpatient stay at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, while others enter directly into one of our outpatient programs.
