J. Paul Sticht Center on Aging and Rehabilitation
Located on the campus of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical
Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, the J. Paul Sticht Center
on Aging and Rehabilitation has a unique program that offers acute
care, rehabilitation and psychiatry all under one roof for patients
13 years of age and older.
This attractive 40,000 sq. ft. facility houses a total of 39 rehab
beds in private and semi-private rooms with fully accessible showers.
An indoor heated therapy pool and transitional apartments where
patients can practice independent living are also available.

Two units comprise the 39-bed rehabilitation portion of the Sticht
Center:
Referrals
Referrals are accepted to Inpatient Rehabilitation Services based
on specific patient qualifications. For additional information on
referring an individual to the J. Paul Sticht Center on Aging and

Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center accepts private insurance,
